NDC's failed 24-Hour Economy has become 24-Hour demolition - Dr. Bawumia slams

The road to 2028
Dr. Bawumia said since December 2024, the party has listened to Ghanaians in markets, streets, farms, offices and campuses and learnt lessons in managing the party, communicating, and treating grassroots loyalists better.
He said the decision to hold early presidential primaries, which saw him elected at the beginning of the year, was already paying off with policy committees and stakeholder engagements underway.
"We will not wait for the campaign to start thinking about how to govern. The work is already underway," he assured, adding that the 2029 governance programme will win hearts.
He closed with a rallying call: "We came to Kumasi as a party that has listened and learnt. Let us leave Kumasi as a party that is united and ready... the NPP is back at work for Ghana. God bless the New Patriotic Party. God bless our homeland Ghana. Kukrudu!"

Former Vice President and NPP 2028 Presidential Candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has launched a blistering attack on the NDC government, describing nearly two years of its administration as a litany of failed and “scam” promises.
Addressing thousands of delegates at the NPP National Delegates Conference in Kumasi, held to elect new national executives, Dr. Bawumia said an opposition party has a duty to hold government to account and “it is becoming clear that the questions Ghanaians are asking through us, are yet to receive convincing answers from this Government, which is struggling to fulfill many of its lofty promises.”
